Went in for a simple breakfast on a weekday morning and ordered a Bacon ‘N Egg McMuffin. Waited OVER AN HOUR for one sandwich. The place wasn’t even understaffed – there were tons of employees buzzing around, literally tripping over each other behind the counter, but nobody seemed to have any clue what they were doing. Total chaos, zero coordination, like they’d never been trained at all. The lobby was packed with frustrated customers, drive-thru line was insane, and everyone was getting more and more upset. When my food finally came out, I asked for an espresso – “Machine’s down.” No apology, no alternative, just blank stares from the staff. Orders coming out wrong everywhere, people complaining loudly, and the employees looked completely lost and indifferent. Poorly managed doesn’t even begin to cover it. Avoid this location at all costs – go anywhere else. I’ll never come back here. Terrible from start to finish.
