I ordered food last night through skip and the restaurant sent the wrong order not once but 2x.
Thankfully skip was kind enough to refund me both times as both times it was food I didnt like/wouldnt eat.
Seriously frustrating to get home after a long day order supper not once but 2x and then end up going to bed without. I also tried multiple times to reach out to the restaurant to ask what was happening and clear up any misundetstanding. They never answered the phone, it rang and then just hung up. If its a matter of them being out of an item maybe next time they can reach out to the customer to arrange a replacement item that actually suits the customer.

I just had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time at KFC.
I pulled up about 30 minutes before closing (around 11:30 PM). The posted hours say midnight. I sat at the drive-thru speaker with my car off, heat off, getting colder by the minute — and nobody answered. I could clearly see an employee inside working the register, but I was left sitting there for 5–10 minutes with zero acknowledgment.
Eventually I drove up to the window because I genuinely thought maybe the speaker was broken (it was glitching and looked half-dead anyway). The employee unlocked the window and casually said they were “closing.” When I mentioned that the posted hours say midnight, she said they just “close up early at night.”
So… are you open or not?
After that, suddenly they were “open” and asking if I wanted food. The whole interaction felt disorganized and awkward, like I wasn’t supposed to be there even though I arrived well before closing. Ordering was confusing, pricing wasn’t clearly explained, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up during business hours.
Let’s be clear: this isn’t just about one employee. This feels like a management problem. If staff are underpaid, understaffed, or pressured to shut down early, that’s on ownership — not the customer. Don’t post midnight hours if you’re going to unofficially close 30 minutes early. That’s misleading and disrespectful to people who make the effort to come by.
I was fully prepared to spend $50–$60 tonight. Instead, I left irritated, cold, and questioning whether customer service even matters anymore.
If you’re going to be open, be open. If you’re going to close early, update your hours. But don’t leave customers sitting at a broken speaker in the cold wondering what’s going on.
Get it together.

The food was as expected, but how is it that we waited over 25 minutes in the drive-through when there was only one other car? This was before the dinner rush, so I can't see why there would be any delay. After all that wait, we found that there was 1) no receipt in the bag, and 2) only one fork for two orders of routine.

The staff couldn't care less about customers. They didn't apologize to A very kind man with a child whose order they lost and he patiently waited for over an hour. The chicken had more grease than the pot it cooked in. The whole experience was awful. Uber drivers told the staff off non stop and staff wouldn't even make eye contact.

Drive through order, get to the window to pay and the lady asked what I wanted , after my order was just taken clearly, and she kept asking what I wanted with my chicken, saying what with that and what with that over and over . I thought it was a joke at first, then realized she wasn't kidding, had no clue . Told me someone else took the order but it wasn't on the register. It's clear the staff are not trained and do not understand simply English. I won't be going there again.
