The food was fresh, hot, and full of that classic KFC flavor we all love. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious especially the fries and gravy! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a comfortable atmosphere, which made my visit even better. Overall, KFC Lancaster delivered great service, great food, and a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning — highly recommended! 😍😍😍
- MNMatt NNov 14, 20251.0Placed an order and it arrived an hour past the expected delivery time. Fries were soggy and cold and chicken was cold. They also forgot the gravy. Called and they blamed Uber. First, the order was placed through the KFC app and I don't recall seeing any mention that they use Uber to deliver. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered because I'm fully aware of what a crap company Uber is. Second, it is certainly not Uber's fault that the gravy was forgotten. It is the restaurant's responsibility to make sure all items are included in the bag. They refused to come pick the meal back up, as we did not want it at this point. They refused to have gravy delivered or to offer any refund for the meal or just the gravy. Taking money for something, not providing it and then not refunding the money is called THEFT. Do NOT order from here!
