We didn't use the self serve and went to the counter to place our order. After a 15 minute wait our food was handed to us with even the slightest apology for the long wait. As I stood waiting for the food I watched as the manager? and a crew person just stood there watching at least one worker running around trying to get orders ready. Not only did this person have to handle counter orders, but drive thru orders as well. Grossly under staffed. We will not be going back. Also the "Manager" was an annoying rude person with a loud perching voice.
