Waited in line for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged (I was the only one there), and then spent another 20 min patiently waiting for my order (2 small wraps) that never came. Requested a refund and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Thanks for wasting my time and attempt to give you guys some business. What a disgrace. This place needs to close. Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave.

You only have to look at the high number of 1 star ratings to know that this is not a good place to spend your money. It has gone WAY down hill in the past couple of years. The sad part is that they really don't seem to care that they are pushing customers away. I've been a customer of that location for many years but I will never order from them again.

Giving 2 star just because its a KFC and I like some of their business practices like feeding the homeless. Absolutely won’t recommend.
