She had our food on the table in about 15 minutes (thanks to the kitchen as well). I was a server in another life (about 25 years ago) and my standards are high. April was exceptional. Great Job ESM!

Waited another 30 minutes for dinner to be delivered. Ordered the scallop carbonara no scallops wrapped in bacon on plate pet menu description. Returned and came back with burnt crusty scallops. Waitress was basically nonexistent? Have not eaten here for a number of years and could not remember why, until tonight!!

From the excellent service to the taste of the food we couldn't have left happier. Having 2 loaves of bread brought and refill with more butter without asking to the generous portions of dinner and cooked perfectly with flavor and the soup even tasted better. I hope our home town has upped it's game as well. Seeing the manager watching and being involved may have made this location work better too. I will try again at home with much higher hopes. Thanks! Try the balsamic chicken dish. Yum!

I took the little girl out for a date night at East Side Mario’s, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. Our server, April, went above and beyond to make our evening special. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. The highlight of the night was when she brought out their server robot named “Mario” — my little girl was absolutely thrilled! She couldn’t stop smiling, and now she can’t stop talking about “Mario the robot” and how much fun she had. Thank you, April, and the whole East Side Mario’s team for such a memorable night. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
