  We went for dinner at East Side Mario’s in Saint John NB and everything was excellent- we were 6 and were all very pleased with our food and the service we received. Our waiters name was Safe and he went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. He was exceptionally polite and friendly and made certain that our orders arrived quickly and were correct. We had some special requests and food allergies and he was extremely tentative to our needs. Thank you for an outstanding night of great food and superb customer service.

  By far one of the worse franchise we ever visited in NB. Our waitress was just rude, no little bit of a welcoming feeling in her. You had to ask her everything and she even rolled her eyes a few times...food was minimal, tasted horrible. Definitely not of what we are used from East Side Mario's. Will never go there again..

  Alejandro was our server. Very friendly very helpful. Our starters were quite fresh and our food was prompt and on time. I ordered Chicken parmigiana which I very much enjoyed but the pasta that came with it in my opinion was not very good over cooked and under seasoned. Stark difference in quality from the rest of the meal which was delicious. Overall great experience though.

  Waited an hour for food... and then 25 minutes after getting take out boxes to finally get the bill. On a Wednesday. Walls dirty, table greasy. Robot: louder than anything while singing happy birthday. A completely overstimulating experience, made painfully longer by the slow service. Every time I come here I am reminded why it has been so long since my last visit. Hire more staff? Get another robot? Something has got to give.

  The food was great but I had an issue with the on tap beers. I started with the blue moon and it was so off it turned my stomach ruining my appetite. I then tried a Coors light and l it had the same sour off taste. At that point we asked for a manager and I talked to a bar tender personally and we tried the on tap together and agreed the beer was off. I was informed the had recently sanitized the lines but even after running a pitcher of bud Weiser off it still had an off sour taste. I then tried the IPA which has the keg under the counter and it was perfect. It seems like an issue with the on tap beer lines that run out back. Likely never have been replaced. If ask for a sample of any of the ontaps I tried 4 of the 8 and they were all sour-off-funky however you want to describe it.. Kinda like the beer was filtered through a dirty sweat filled sock. The supervisor was awesome as was our server Chris and the food was on par even though my appetite was wrecked after the initial blue moon beer being waaay off
