This was the first time in 5 years I went into a Dairy Queen and it will probably be along for my next visit. Sad customer experience.

On numerous occasions, I’ve received Blizzards that are barely full, made incorrectly or half melted. I’ve also had numerous blizzards made that contained allergens that were not ordered. While I understand there are no guarantees of cross contamination, this is extremely concerning as someone who has allergies. Getting closer and closer to never returning here.

I just went through the drive thru here and once i got to the window, the worker didn’t say ONE word to me, didn’t smile, say hi or tell me my total, she just stared at me with a disgusted look on her face. Many of the workers here are truly unpleasant to deal with and make you feel unwelcome and burdening for ordering food. On a different occasion, I was in the drive thru, and we overheard a few of the teenage workers mocking and laughing at us. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you’re looking to get some ice cream to cheer yourself up, you’ll probably leave feeling worse due to the attitude from the workers!
