- TWTom WascoDec 30, 20252.0All around terrible experience from service to food. It costs $50 for a medium single topping pizza, a medium garlic finger, and 16 wings. The wings might have been toasted and they weren't even tossed, just some sauce squirted on top. The food was passable but cold. The service on the phone and in the store was poor and unclear, and deals advertised were unfulfilled. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Upon arrival nothing was ready and several people there also with significant delays on earlier orders. Worker said 20 minutes. After a 50 minute wait we still not get our order and requested our money back to go elsewhere. After a significant delay we did get a refund. Very poor management and staff. This will be our last time ordering from this location. Papa John’s should investigate.

I was told 10 minutes, but waited more than 20 for the remainder of my order. Needless to say one pizza was cold. At least 7 others were waiting for their orders, in the same situation as myself.
