- ACanita caissieSep 6, 20251.0Waited forever for my online order because they refuse to put them in the online order pick up, they also just hid in back and talked for a few minutes while I stood at the cash waiting to ask for my already ordered, paid for and just not placed in pick up counter sandwich. This is a franchise, participate in what you have to as a franchise. Like putting online ordered in the online order pick up that corporate probably spent quite a bit to send to this store.

When we tried to clarify our order, they snapped, “You should’ve told us this before next time—make sure you do your proper order,” They prepared our food in a hurry and served it sloppily. Overall, their behaviour was unhelpful and disrespectful, making for a very unpleasant experience.
