Always friendly/polite staff, but I ordered a large coffee and 15 minutes later still nothing so I left.due to an upcoming appointment. Not the counter or kitchen staffs fault because they were very busy but also very understaffed and that's on the owers/managers.. they could care less about customers standing around waiting an unreasonable amount of time so long as they, the owners/managers are saving a buck

The McDonald’s drive-through feels less like customer service and more like an inconvenience to the workers themselves, where every order is met with attitude and an eye roll you can practically hear through the speaker. You say “hi” and get silence, or worse, a sigh like you just asked for the impossible instead of a combo meal. Questions are answered with clipped tones, mistakes are treated like your fault, and somehow you’re rushed while also being ignored. By the time you reach the window, you’re handed your bag without a word, no eye contact, no receipt—just the clear message that your presence was deeply offensive.
