  We had a wonderful experience yet again at Swiss Chalet on mountain road. Jayden was our server and she was FANTASTIC. 10/10. It was our little guys birthday and she made she he was well taken care of :-). she went above and beyond and made sure our supper experience was that much more special. She truly made our night!

  I ordered dark meat for one of the orders; you gave me white on both orders. I ordered sour cream and chives with butter for both; you gave only sour cream for both. This is the third time delivery orders were screwed up.

  CAA was not accepted for 10% off, we were told because we used a coupon. That doesn't seem to appear on website....but it does say you cannot use it with a gift card, which we used, which had $2.00 left oni it. If indeed the gift card was the reason, we would have saved more with the caa. Secondly, note to self....stop buying their gift cards. There's a cost to that. (Sometimes you buy their $5O gift card, get $10 bonus, like last xmas season....but despite that advertised promo at that time, when I did originally buy that card, I was told they were all out of the bonus $10....another annoyance......So, I paid $50, for a $50 card, and then would have been denied caa because of that. Even assuming I couldn't use caa with a coupon, the gift card would have excluded me.) Anyway, arrived at noon, had coupon, 2 quarter legs for $20. Fries were way undercooked and cold. Chicken leg looked exactly as unappealing as the taste, way overcooked, or left in warmer way way too long, all dried out, If I knew just by looking at it, so must have the cooks and server. Did I complain: no. It was cheaper than MacDonald's, and the experience was equivalent to that. Two stars because of price and friendly staff. Zero for food quality. Hit and miss there. I've had pretty decent suppers there. Only been there for lunch a couple of times, and for whatever reason, both experiences were poor. Perhaps food sits longer for the lunch crowd, or inexperienced cooks. Less busy, prepare early, let it sit. I dunno. Ever buy frozen fries and eat them before they are half cooked? You get the idea.
