  We ordered a veggie footlong which was worst as we we didn't ask to put any mustard or crispy onions but they did when we asked for refund the guy denied and wanted us to drive all the way around to get a new sandwich, moreover he didn't care about his service he just said that "do whatever you want" which is unacceptable hence worst service ever would not recommend this location!!!!

  Terrible service! I made a mistake placing multiple orders and immediately called to fix it, but the team at Subway ignored the situation and denied cancellation. No support for customers—very frustrating experience.

  I’m really unhappy with the service at Subway. After placing my order, I realized the mistake and called right away, but they were unhelpful and refused to cancel. Very unprofessional handling of a simple issue. How can I get my refund.

  Very disappointing experience at Subway. I accidentally placed 3 pickup orders and called within 1 minute to cancel, but the staff didn't respond properly and refused to help. Poor customer service and no understanding at all.

  I ordered 4 footlong from the App the other day. I got a call back saying they don't have the Veggie patty so I substituted for the Veggie delite. They cheaped out on the Toppings so bad that it felt like we were eating sauced bread. Now I know which Subway to avoid.
