  We had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Andray. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and great service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and genuine. Thank you, Andray, for making our night so special!

  Service à la clientèle exceptionnel ce soir! Kimberly a fait un travail remarquable. Elle s’est efforcée de nous servir en français et s’assurait que notre commande était parfaite. Elle nous offrait régulièrement des breuvages et sa belle personnalité nous a fait sourire. Son effort pour nous servir dans notre langue a été très apprécié. Merci Kimberly! 😊

  I am quite disappointed with the service I received at this location this evening (March 5, 7:00 pm~). My partner and I both ordered a quarter chicken dinner, and as I was eating, I found a hair at the bottom of my mashed potatoes. I did receive a new plate when I got the server’s attention. With that said, when it was time to pay, I expressed my feelings that I should have some sort of discount on my meal as there was a hair. I didn’t feel it was right to pay full price. The server told me he didn’t have the authority to give a discount, so he got the manager to come speak to me. Long story short, the manager made me feel bad for even asking for a discount. She said my meal had to be thrown out. She offered me a free dessert, but my stomach was off from the hair I found in my potatoes, so I didn’t take that offer. I did mention I’d appreciate half off for my meal and she was quick to say no to that. I couldn’t believe it. She only took $5 off and I still tipped the server. I’ve been going to this location for years and never had any issues, but this evening’s experience really turned me off from returning. I don’t live in Moncton and St. Hubert is a restaurant I look forward to going to. Nobody should pay full price for poor quality, especially when there’s a hair in their food. Gross!

  We had the pleasure of having Tracy as our sever tonight. My husband and I brought our grandmother for an evening out of her home. By the time we got here for supper, we realized it was 45 minutes until closing time! Tracy greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to let us stay for a nice meal despite being close to the time they are closing. Tracy checked on us many times, she was pleasant and funny! It’s not often nowadays to have such a great dining experience and we had a wonderful time tonight and we have Tracy to thank for that! The meals were delicious as well. Thanks Tracy, my nana can’t stop talking about how wonderful you were. <3
