  Taylin was a great waitress! It was my boyfriend’s first time here and he enjoyed it all! We ordered the Spinach Dip and Wings to start Pulled pork and Smokehouse Stack burgers. Love the atmosphere and can’t beat the prices for great food

  I was telling Captain America the other day as I was sitting here being four we were sitting in a great restaurant here in London called Montana’s and I just had the greatest greatest poutine. We had some chicken in it. It was really hot. Good barbeque sauce and very excellent. We were very happy in like four like gods we thought we were doing a great job and a great service a great team over there at Montana and a very great service. Very happy.

  Whenever I’m in the city, Montana’s BBQ & Bar is always my go-to. As usual, the food was great — the buttermilk chicken with creamed potatoes was delicious, and the ribs and wings were amazing. A big thank you to our server Jeanne. She was so kind, attentive, and just really pleasant. Her cheerful personality made our whole experience even better. Always a great stop when I’m in Moncton!

  I took the regular ribs, with the applebutter, and it was delicious. The corn bread was also a very good desert include in the meal. I came here multiple time and I've never been disappointed by the food or the service. Today, I was served by Mike, a very enjoyable server who do very well his job. I highly recommend Montana's.

  We recently visited Montana’s in Moncton to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The food was good, and we enjoyed our meal. However, we were very disappointed with the birthday experience. We chose this restaurant mainly because a friend told us that for kids’ birthdays, the staff usually come together to the table, bring a frame, and wish the child in a special way. That was the main reason we came. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The server simply brought the birthday dessert, handed it to my daughter, and said “Happy Birthday.” There was no group wish, and the birthday frame was not brought at first. When I reminded them that my daughter had been looking forward to that, I was told there was a staff shortage. It was around 9:30 p.m., and they close at 10:00 p.m. After I reminded them, the frame was brought, but there was still no effort to make the moment special. Even having one more staff member join to wish her would have meant a lot. Sadly, my daughter felt disappointed, which was very upsetting for us. I understand that staff shortages can happen, but if certain birthday services are not available, it would be better to inform customers in advance rather than raise expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families celebrating special occasions.
