From the welcoming atmosphere to the quality of the food, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly elevated this experience to another level was our server, Anika B. She was absolutely phenomenal. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. She made us feel valued from the very first interaction, anticipated our needs effortlessly, and ensured that every moment of our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. The food was served promptly, perfectly prepared, and tasted amazing. With service this attentive and warm, the entire meal felt special rather than ordinary. Anika B is a true asset to this restaurant, and thanks to her and the team, this was a flawless 5-star experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service and great food. If I were the boss of Anika I would give her a week of in the Carabien’s.

From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly on the ball. We didn’t have to ask even once for refills, extra bread, or anything at all — she seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Every time we were close to finishing something, she was already there with more, always with a smile and such a pleasant, professional attitude. What impressed us even more was how she handled how busy the restaurant was. There was a large group seated before us, and instead of leaving us wondering or feeling forgotten, Jenny made a point to check in regularly and keep us updated, letting us know it wouldn’t be much longer. That simple acknowledgment went such a long way and made us feel genuinely cared for, especially given how hectic the evening clearly was. Despite the pressure, she never seemed rushed, flustered, or short — just calm, polite, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare these days to come across service that stands out this much, but Jenny truly made our entire dining experience better. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and she turned a late-night meal into such a positive experience for our family. I chose to add the all you can eat soup, salad & garlic home loaf(as advertised on the menu) to my meal . Our server came over twice to ask if i wanted more soup , salad and or bread , to which i responded ill take another salad & bread please , both times she only brought the salad , no bread , which is the only reason we go honestly …. also want to add the bacon in all the dishes that had it was very burnt , as well as the sausage in my pasta. overall experience definitely not worth the price .

She checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great.
