  See attached photo. Menu vs reality. The lasagna is “twelve layer”. It literally just layers of noodles and sauce. There were two little pieces of meat. The fettuccine Alfredo was obviously under a warming lamp for a period of time as the noodles were glued together like a brick. Service left much to be desired. We were pretty clear. I ordered appetizer as a meal for myself (I wasn’t very hungry) and the add-on salad and bread was for our son as a meal (it’s just what he wanted). So please have everything come to the table at the same time. The salad came out first and our son was done eating. Then my meal, which I finished. So my son and I sat finished while my partner continued to wait for the meal on the photo attached. We understand there is going to be a difference between the menu photo and the meal but there are limits and there isn’t an excuse for the cold food. The perk is that the sampler was a freebie from the current scratch and win card promotion so I guess you get what you (don’t) pay for (note: this was a $28 meal)

  We had Oliva as our server. She forgot to give us a fork and our unlimited bread and salad when we asked. It also took an hour to just get our food. And almost all of our food was cold. Other costumers came in after us ordered, served, ate, and paid for their meal and left all before our meal was even served.

  First time going here, as I’m a native Californian visiting a friend. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, the staff was friendly. They were super busy so we had to wait a little bit for our table. Once we got seated our server, Emili, was super kind. She’s a new server and she did phenomenal. Overall, the food was alright. But the service was top tier. Thank you guys for making my first time here memorable! (:

  Food was great and everything came out pretty fast, but the service was a bit confusing lol. I ordered a Limoncello Spritz with no vodka (it was around 12:20), and the server said that was fine but then asked to see my ID. I was a little confused since I had just asked for it without alcohol, but I gave it anyway thinking maybe she didn’t hear me. When the drink came out it definitely had no vodka, but when the bill came I was still charged the full price of the cocktail. The receipt even said “no vodka extra mixer,” so that was a bit confusing because if it was going to be the same price I probably would have just taken the vodka lol. My brother also asked if they could make the garlic fingers in a bigger size, and she said they could do a 10 or 14 inch, but when his food came out they brought the 8 inch instead. Overall the food itself was really good and came out quickly, but it just felt like the server wasn’t really listening to what we were ordering which made the experience a little frustrating. I feel like I want a refund for my drink LOL

  Great service, had a spectacular server with an amazing waitress Myra. She asked how my meal was, was always available when/if I wanted more appetizers or whatsoever have you. My only complaint would be with the taste of the food, I was honestly expecting authentic Italian cuisine. Which I got in the looks department, however the food seemed like it was only seasoned to taste. Nothing really stood out, no spices, no herbs and it's fine for the most part. I just went in expecting a bit more, regardless of that small detail food was great and would most definitely order from here again, maybe even try something a bit spicier
