  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I think a health inspector needs to go there or look at the cooks credentials because my family and I now have severe food poisoning. Food tasted burnt and off. We took a few bites but ultimately decided not to finish. Im currently paying for few bites! We are all in so much pain. Servers are very nice.

  Trying to order via app was a struggle, so I called in, when doing so I should have just as well went in, the service is clearly a paid 3rd party dispatch, and was very painful to order through The food is amazing, would limit to dine in from my takeout experience

  Not accessible friendly. They use all their tables for big parties so if you need a table you’re out of luck. It’s a shame that restaurants don’t consider the needs of people with needs. The person at the front was quite rude about it as well. Didn’t even apologize, basically said too bad.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at East Side Mario’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the service exceeded every expectation. Our server, Erica F, was incredible — she greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were comfortable right away. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and Erica made sure every dish was served perfectly. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about giving us a great dining experience. You could tell she truly enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to find service this good, and thanks to Erica, our visit felt special from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon and recommending this location to friends and family — East Side Mario’s should be proud to have someone like her on their team! 10/10 restaurant 100/10 server.
