Every Dairy Queen we have been to asks if we want our ice cream right away or after we eat our dinner. They did not ask. I told them we would get our ice cream after we ate our meal and the manager said to the staff "Oh, they want their ice cream after they eat." When I went back to get it they had already made the two cones and sundae and put them in the deep freeze. The manager pointed at the freezer and said they are over there. My husband had ordered a hot fudge sundae and the fudge was solid and cold. Everyone knows a hot fudge sundae should start with hot fudge. Also we ordered three poutine and two of them had hardly any gravy. After just a couple of bites we were basically out of gravy. I had to go back in the get gravy. The young man I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager not at all
