  Usually fine if you come when not busy, but they need to hire more staff for peak hours. The Staff are great, but 2 people can't handle hundreds of orders, It shouldn't take 40 minutes. Penny pinching owner's fault. Update - 50 minutes now. ❤️

  Our first time trying Harvey’s Regent was so good that we’ve already been back 3 times! The burgers are always fresh and made exactly how we like them. Fast, friendly service every time. It’s definitely our first choice now!

  I am rating this within the scope of "fast food" burger joints. I forgot all about Harvey's as it's been decades since I had it. This one in particular has the very narrow circular drive though lane that if you're not careful you can drive up on the curve, which I kind of love because it reminds me of the 80's, or being in a large city where space isn't a luxury. The food: I forgot how nice it is to select from so many toppings, and sauces on your burger! how delicious is that? The size of their junior cheeseburger with all the toppings was more than enough and way bigger than what you get at other places. Their fries are are great and you get a lot with just a normal combo...which only came to $9. The food was prepared with more care than than 100% of the other local fast food joints. I will be back, now that I've rediscovered Harvey's on Regent Street.

  THE OLD LADY WITH THE SHORT WHITE HAIR SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! ive never in my life seen a employee so rude. As me and my family walked threw the doors and waited to be served, she turns around and says oh my god more people and continues working on drive thru orders, there was only one lady ahead of us to order with no one else in there waiting. 5mins pasted and she hasn't even acknowledged anyone standing at counter to order, she turns to the other girl working and said focus on drive thru. After 10mins standing at the counter and not even being acknowledged we walked out. Amd this hasn't been the first time we had issues with her. We seen her taking up the chicken strips before the timer and the chicken was still raw when she cut it for our poutines (that was our last interaction with her when he were there before) shes very snappy,rude and just overall seems like she isnt happy with her job You lost very good customers tonight. But unfortunately moving forward we will not be returning because of her.

  I was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed impatient and spoke in a rude tone when I asked a simple question. Good customer service goes a long way, and this interaction really took away from the overall experience.
