  Most ridiculous store in the town. They don’t know how to make burgers. Their burgers are dry and burnt always. Wait time is very bad you have to 40minutes for your order not you go to store or order online. No fast food chain makes us wait 40 minutes they even take longer than this. I would not suggest anyone to go to this store. They don’t maintain proper hygiene as well. As you can notice the cashier who are handling the cash doesn’t wash their hands before touching the food. I have taken service from them in store and online food is tasteless and wait time very bad you order food from your home wake up and still your food will not be there.

  I ordered my food through this store from DoorDash. These guys are slow very slow. Wait time given by doordash exceeded more than 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I would never order from them again. If they can’t complete in anticipated time they should restrain from taking online orders and focus in store.

  If you know what good food is please don’t take the good reviews of this places to heart. Don’t forget most people in Fredericton think the snooty fox is good and Boston pizza is fancy. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was ok and they did good with the space they had to work with. The menu looks phenomenal but the finished product is unacceptable. I watched the cook throw frozen balls of ground beef straight to the grill. Both burgers had absolutely no flavour from the meat aside from too much char. Their BBQ sauce is a TOTAL joke. The sauce on the other burger I ordered was also awful! I am flabbergasted that a BURGER restaurant throws balls of frozen beef to smash (unseasoned and if it is you can’t tell) straight to the grill. The restaurant and the menu are so inviting but stay AWAY. Check the other poor reviews and believe them. I don’t leave reviews but I had to make sure that my input may save at least 1 person from wasting their money. If you’re in Fredericton and want a proper consist burger hit rocket burger. I hate the staff at rocket burger but they know what they’re doing.

  Went here today for the first time with my husband, was awesome! I got the buffalo spicy chicken burger (deep fried) and it was amazing (and messy — you will need napkins) he got the Cajun burger and loved it! The guy working at the cash seemed to have loved his job, super nice and welcoming! Had my cheat meal for the month and was definitely worth it.

  Sooo good!! I got the sweet bacon burger and subbed out the beer mustard for honey mustard and mayo and the only thing I'd change would be to add pickles. It was delicious and very filling. Definitely hit the spot. Aside from the food, the restaurant is clean and the washrooms are clean as well. The young lady serving us was polite and even checked on us during our meal. It was nice to see her jump in the kitchen to help on the line as well. We'd come back again sometime.
