There were three girls working at that time—one at the food counter, another sweeping, and one walking around the food area with open hair and not wearing a uniform. I had two pickup orders. After a long wait, a girl named Kiran handed me one of the orders. I politely reminded her that I had another order as well. She rudely responded, “I know,” and then started talking to another girl over her headset. I understand Punjabi, and I could clearly hear that they were talking about me and the customer at the drive-thru window. The way she handed me the second order was extremely disrespectful and rude. This incident happened around 1:05 a.m., (Sept 17) and I strongly suggest that management review the cameras for confirmation. Customer service should always be professional, but in this case, it was completely lacking. My advice is simple: if someone does not like their job, no one is forcing them to stay. Please ensure respect and professionalism are maintained when dealing with customers.
