They did a mistake didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich and after me being polite to them they sounded like they were doing me a favour. And the worst part is after complaining to them she didn’t even apologize once. I wish the manager sees the clip in the footage and either take some action or give them proper training on how to handle customers.!!

She works as if she is doing us a favour by making the sub we paid for. She did not even apologise once. The sub was without cheese, without mayo, even when asked to grill she did a formality and kept the sub open inside the griller.

She had a very kind and friendly nature from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile and spoke politely while taking my order. Darline prepared the sandwich neatly and carefully, making sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. She was patient, attentive, and didn’t rush the process, which made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Her positive attitude and good service really stood out. It’s always nice to be served by someone who treats customers with respect and a friendly approach. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit, thanks to Darline.
