  I ordered a sub today in the drive thru and it took forever. One car ahead of me and the wait was terrible. When I got to speaker was asked to wait a minute, well it was several minutes. Took my order and I received the wrong bread, no cheese, no crispy onions and no extra pickles I asked for. Had very little dressing on the sub.

  Since the store reopened, I have noticed a significant decline in overall standards and management. The location is frequently out of basic products such as bread, meat, and vegetables. In addition, staff interactions have consistently been unprofessional and unwelcoming, giving the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. On multiple occasions, the lobby has been extremely unclean, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of other areas of the establishment. It takes a great deal for me to submit a complaint; however, the manner in which I have been treated during my visits has been very disappointing. I find it unfortunate that simply purchasing food appears to be an inconvenience to staff at this location. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning

  Kiran and Manpreet are always friendly, respectful, and professional. The food was great, and customer service is excellent every time.

  Now, I'm not one to complain about fast food HOWEVER, this subway has got to the the WORST establishment in all of the Northern Hemisphere. And I used to LIVE in Hamilton, Ontario. I pull to the drive thru window, they tall me they gotta big order, ok i get it, no problem. I then wait nearly 15 MINUTES just to get my order taken. When she does finally take my order, she gotta certain stink to her, apparently cant toast my sub without asking 3 times, Wouldn't put extra meat on my sub, because it was "too late, already out of the toaster." Apparently they wont use the oven more than once. She then asks for veggies, I manage to only get out "lettuce and spinach" before she interrupts me to ask what sauce. I did not hear so i asked her to repeat herself so she takes it upon herself to SCREAM into the headset while dramatically enunciating "WHAT. SAUCE. DO. YOU. WANT. ON. YOUR. SUB." I'm taken aback, I quite say "Oh my god?!?!?!?!" When i tell her the sauce she then tells me to drive up. Like, I was not finished? I literally said two vegetables? She says "Ugh okay what else then?" I ask for pickles, GOD FORBID A WOMAN ASK FOR PICKLES AT 11:00PM WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 2 AM!! She said it was too late to get more pickles, because she doesn't want to waste them. IS NO ONE ELSE GOING TO ASK FOR PICKLES IN 4 HOURS!!!!!!!!! Awful, atrocious , AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  This is the worst Subway in Fredericton; dare I say the worst Subway in New Brunswick. Every time I have been here they are always out of certain toppings and/or types of bread. The manager needs to get it together because the way it's being run is truly laughable.
