I placed an online order of 6 subs at your Main St. Store and it was filled in a timely fashion but I will list the mistakes made on all but one of the subs: 1. asked for toasted sub on a 12" sub but not done 2. Did not ask for toasted on a different 12" sub but it was - asked for NO lettuce as well and it was loaded with lettuce - asked for black olives but none were added - asked for hot sauce but not there - asked for Mayo but again missing 3. 6" sub - found hair 4. Asked for Italian bread but got Herb and Cheese on 12" Teriyaki Chicken 5. Asked for Herb n' Cheese but got Italian on 12" Nashville Chicken And to top it off I left a 15% tip. And a couple of the subs had hard bread, enough that you could knock on the bread and you could distinctly hear it.
