  I would like to report an unpleasant experience that occurred today at approximately 9:40 a.m. involving a white female staff member. The employee displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude toward us. When I asked her why she was behaving in such a manner, she ignored me and dismissed me with a hand gesture, indicating that she did not care at all. Furthermore, when I requested her name from other staff members, they responded that they did not know her name, which made it difficult to identify the person involved. This type of behavior is unacceptable and creates a very uncomfortable environment for customers. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a response and resolution.

  Girl working Sept 18th at 6pm was the most unfriendly person I ever meant. She snapped at me a few times while ordering after I couldnt hear what she asked me. Maybe should should speak up and not mumble. Then when leaving she threw my order at me. Girl get a new job where you don't have to deal with ANYONE!
