The staff’s behavior was completely disrespectful and lacked any sense of basic hospitality. There are plenty of other places nearby that actually value their customers—I’ll be taking my business there from now on.

I will post a picture of the card they gave me and the receipt where I paid for the card. When I went into the Smythe street Pap Johns I told the cashier that I would like to purchase a $50 gift card for my grandson that he could use 2 to 3 times for his lunch. They gave me a $50 card I could use on line only once. I tried to return the card and they would not refund my money, said I might have used the card already online and they had no way to check. Needless to say it will be the last $50 they steel from me. I am going to post this every where and tell everyone I can. Hoping this helps others not to be taken by Papa Johns.

Papa John's used to be good pizza, not anymore. The garlic dipping sauce tasted like margarine with a hint of garlic. On the bright side the staff member was friendly and the restaurant looked clean.
