  Our Family recently visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening. I haven't been to a Montana's restaurant for many years and remembered the menu as consisting of >95% only heavy meat items....was I ever very pleasantly surprised to see that I was completely wrong!! They have many different veggie sides and meals offered, including a really beautiful Apple/Pecan/Cheese/mixed veggies salad which has the option to be completely vegetarian or with chicken, shrimp...and my choice.... steak!!...I knew that I wanted to have some steak, but at the same time did not want to have a plate full of just steak....I love the option of being able to order some lovely steak, prepared to my liking, added to the salad of my choice!! They even have a huge Kids menu which includes some very fancy Kids Coolers drinks....great for enhancing Kids dining experiences! Our waitress, Jaden, is a delight! She is very friendly, polite, patient, helpful and very efficient, while still maintaining a calm and peaceful composure despite the busy Saturday night happy crowd. Her attention to detail concerning each and every one of our meals is very impressive and also very much appreciated. Despite how busy it was, our service and food were both very prompt and exceeding expectations! Thank you for a lovely Family night out and we look very forward to dining at your restaurant soon again!

  Came in for lunch today and it’s always amazing! Love the atmosphere here and how great the staff is. Food came quick and service was exceptional. Pit Master combo is the way to go, sauces are nice and spicy but sweet and tangy at the same time. The manager Joe came and checked in on us and made sure everything was up to standards, he runs a tight ship there and always enjoy running into him when I come in.

  Highly suggest Andrew and Lauren really do some work looking into just how the Manger Joe and the workers from NYE treat their customers . Catty and arrogant humiliating is the best three words to use . Myself and husband arrived and was barely busy BUT we were still ask to sit and wait while they cleaned a table off for us and there was only about 3 tables taken where they seated us after they cleaned the table …. We put our order in as soon as Seirra came to ask us for our drinks .. we waited from 8:25 till 8:55 till our food arrived and when it arrived the order was wrong and when I ask seirra if she wrote my order down in her book how did it still get it wrong ? There was 3 tables in the main area around us there was no way I got someone else’s food . Then as I’m waiting for my burger to be replace I started eating my fries so at least I could be eating some of my meal with my spouse .. then came Joe and took the plate away…. So I got to sit and eat nothing and question “what seems to be the problem?” Then when I told him what the problem was, he asked “why can’t you have coleslaw .. I said because I’m allergic to cabbage ? I then begin getting scolded for not informing his staff of my allergy when I already told the waitress, please make sure there is no coleslaw or cabbage on my burger… and she wrote it down ?? Joe then began telling us big long story’s how he used to be a chef in Ontario and stood there telling us his whole life story how dangerous it is not telling about an allergy and laughs at me .. and then goes on to give justification of how his waitress has social anxiety and she has a hard time in social situations so she didn’t wanna wait on us anymore so that’s why she told all the other waitresses but only for them to come walk by and look over at us to give us weird and dirty looks?… I explained to the manager that i order my food at 8:25 and when i finally got my burger back at 9:02 i didn’t even have my sweet sweet potato fries on my plate to go with my burger !! AND they were closing at 9 o’clock, so I had 2 bites of my burger and had to get my food to go!! I will never ever step foot in Montana’s again poor customer service they need to invest in some undercover customers to see how this business is ran with so much disrespect. I came to Montanas once a month not anymore !!!! Not to mention the amount of attention Joe drew to our table, even with the little amount of people in there was extremely uncomfortable! But hey he offered a 50% off my bill even though we both were sick to our stomachs and took it to go and threw it out …. Had I realized I was gonna go through so much of a hassle and be humiliated and scolded like a child I woulda went else where ! As I will now ! It’s so expensive to eat out now, nobody should get attitude from the staff with your meal now of days!

  As a busy family, we LOVE going to Montanas! The atmosphere is always alive and welcoming, the food is delicious. Our server JADEN was amazing! Always making sure the kids were good with their food and drinks, and making everything else was right and if we needed anything during our meal!

  The food was good the service was terrible we asked for water only one of us received water. We asked for more ketchup and had to go get it ourselves. When we were done eating we waiting for the bill and it didn’t come so we put our coats on we asked for the bill they still didn’t bring it. We asked to see the manager and when we expressed our concerns he laughed at us!! Highly disappointed!!
