I went in to the obvious drive thru lane. Four vehicles went around me and cut into the right drive thru lane, because it's not marked. Garbage. I waited 17 minutes to get thru and get food. I enjoy McDonald's but I will never use this location again. Fix your traffic control problem. First come should be first served.

This is the slowest fast food store I have every saw. You can have a sit down meal at restaurant before you can make it through the drive thru here.

20 minutes in the drive thru lane. First issue. Second, the people working there are miserable beyond words and I could barely communicate with them. Asked to pull forward for some reason , then waited another 8 minutes, to get a wrap that was half full and torn and falling out everywhere. I know its minimum wage , but take some pride in what you do. Be grateful to have an opportunity to work and serve.

Ordered a Mccrispy light mayo combo in the drive thru tonight, Ukrainian woman (manager) yelled at me accusing me of having ordered 12 burgers and 2 pops as well, which i absolutely did not. Was extremely nasty, didn’t take one second to wonder if it could have been the car behind us just “WE HAD 3 PEOPLE WHO HEARD YOU ORDER THAT” aka an extremely poorly trained staff who doesn’t listen to anything or switch lanes on their headsets properly. Your mistake is not my problem first of all, second of all it was 3 of your employees mistake so that means training in customer service is for sure needed for the night crew. 3 times is a pattern. Former night shift mcdonald’s employee speaking; the way that manager acted and tried to gaslight a customer was entirely unacceptable especially for someone with “authority,” to be acting in such a manner because she forgets she could be serving former employees who know the training, at any time.

Pathetic customer service! I am regular customer here and I always do the same order and couple of times happen they miss yogurt in my kid’s meal . And I never yell , and always ask politely that this thing is missing because I did work in food service as well and I know they are busy! But today I ordered happy meal with apple slices and they put fries I show them and ask to replace the fries..they said we can’t remove that’s fine ! Then I dig it more they were again missing the yogurt. And then I show again that this is missing too ! The girl was very rude and said I don’t know why is always missing in your order . If I can spend money every day at this restaurant…I have right to get my things whatever I ordered !
As an employee you better be served the customer with your company’s policies and respect the customer’s money .
And I am asking for your camera recording if I am wrong!
It’s not about money it’s about my self respect!
How can you even say without having any proof?
And I am sitting in this restaurant for an hour if they find any proof or want to apologize
But nobody comes !
This is the service of restaurant !
