We usually order food through Doordash from this Mcdonalds and other restaurants.
they have been consistently unreliable even in person, messing up orders and forgetting burgers and sometimes just sending half of the order.
Since we order through doordash that means we've to get out of the house to go grab the remaining food, yes we can open a claim with doordash to get a refund but I order food so we can eat, the refund will not fix the issue.
These past 2 months this situation happened at least 4 times, out of 8 orders, so it's a 50/50% chance they get the order right.
Tonight I drove back to the location to explain how this is an inconvenience and the manages didn't offer to give me the happymeal, which I ended up driving to another Mcdonalds in town to grab, but proceeded to imply the problem was with Doordash and I should open a claim to get a refund.
This problem is very consistent and it's always with the night staff, not sure if the day staff is the same or if the issue is the same through the day as we don't order out that often.
Extremely unprofessional staff and manager (It was a lady, not sure what was her name). I guess looking at the 3.4* rating we can understand I'm not the only one with problems, which funny enough it was confirmed by the other Mcdonalds in town that they've heard similar situations about this Main st location.
they sure will never see my money again.

Most of the new managers have no idea how to run the show. Doesn't matter when you get there drive thru takes the priority. Should be first come first serve. By the time u get your order it's cold because it has been sitting for too long. Thought it was suppose to be fast food.

Absolutely terrible experience with the night staff. one of the member (POOJA)From the moment I arrived, it felt like customers were a burden rather than the reason the place is open. The wait time was ridiculous for a fast-food restaurant, especially considering how quiet it was. When I finally received my order, it was wrong — missing items, cold food, and clearly thrown together without any care.
The attitude of the night staff made everything worse. No greeting, no apology, and no effort to fix the mistakes without visible annoyance. It honestly felt like asking them to do their job was an inconvenience. Basic customer service was completely nonexistent.
What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time issue. Every late-night visit seems to come with the same problems: long waits, poor communication, incorrect orders, and staff who seem uninterested in helping. If items are unavailable or there’s a delay, at least explain it instead of leaving customers confused and ignored.
McDonald’s is supposed to be consistent, but this night crew delivers the exact opposite. If management doesn’t step in to improve training, attitude, and accountability, this location will continue to lose customers. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s at night unless you enjoy wasting time and money.
