  Just recently learned from the upper management at this location that they have been stalking my wife immediately driving up and down and watching our house whenever she's not working I'm pretty sure that's considered harassment and stalking So this is the way they treat their employees stalking them outside of work hours Have a recording of them to prove it too

  I asked for my burger with just mustard and relish. Evidently, they don't use mustard or relish. What I got was a burger with everything (the usual) on it. I took it Bach for exchange. What I got back was a burger with the tiniest patties I've ever seen. There was more pickle than burger patty. It was the worst burger I've EVER had.

  We usually order food through Doordash from this Mcdonalds and other restaurants. they have been consistently unreliable even in person, messing up orders and forgetting burgers and sometimes just sending half of the order. Since we order through doordash that means we've to get out of the house to go grab the remaining food, yes we can open a claim with doordash to get a refund but I order food so we can eat, the refund will not fix the issue. These past 2 months this situation happened at least 4 times, out of 8 orders, so it's a 50/50% chance they get the order right. Tonight I drove back to the location to explain how this is an inconvenience and the manages didn't offer to give me the happymeal, which I ended up driving to another Mcdonalds in town to grab, but proceeded to imply the problem was with Doordash and I should open a claim to get a refund. This problem is very consistent and it's always with the night staff, not sure if the day staff is the same or if the issue is the same through the day as we don't order out that often. Extremely unprofessional staff and manager (It was a lady, not sure what was her name). I guess looking at the 3.4* rating we can understand I'm not the only one with problems, which funny enough it was confirmed by the other Mcdonalds in town that they've heard similar situations about this Main st location. they sure will never see my money again.
