Had issues with the bags ripping witch the girl also serving us did. We lost 8 pieces in the yard and one side of fries and gravy. Called several times no response. Will not be going back there. Order was over 70 dollars. Horrible customer service

I’ve been to this location several times I always have the same order which is white meat and every time they serve me an order it always ends up having dark meat in it. They up charge me and don’t give me what I ask for and then when I try to contact them to rectify the situation, they never answer the phone. Very poor service probably the worst KFC in the city of Fredericton.

Not sure why you would go here as the food is mid and you can get the exact same thing at McDonalds for $10 cheaper, while still waiting the same amount of time even though your the only car in the dt at kfc. Tenders were cold, got the zinger burger and the bread just was terrible.

I asked for chicken sliders, then cashier told me tenders will take 10mins. Offered popcorn instead so i said yes. I thought the Chicken slider box comes with it so naturally i agreed. They Never repeat my order so i was expecting slider box but only got Popcorn. We ended up throwing the popcorn as the guy who was mopping the floor never bothered to change his gloves(didnt wash his hands) then touched/served our food. Very disappointed.

We ordered 1 zinger box meal and another single zinger and 1 double slider box meal and 2 double snacker twister. A girl took our order and we told her to make sure everything will be good because we often have issues at the prospect location. Food was ready and one zinger was missing so we asked her and she was being rude and told us to bring all the food over and she then proceeded to open the zinger box package with unclean gloves (to check if there were 2 burgers in the same package) that she tapped our order in and when I told her to change the burger because she touched it, she was rude and I asked for the manager and she said that her manager was busy and if I wanted to wait in a rude way. I said yes and then the manager (I believe she is a supervisor and not a manager) was mean and said that the girl didn’t put the order for the single zinger and then we paid for it and she also changed the burger but when the food was ready, they didn’t even give us the food and only put it on the counter and left, the service was bad and when we were leaving we had another order and another guy who looks like the Manager took our order and seemed pretty pissed at us and was rude (he was not even here when it happened). This is a customer service job and if you think you can’t treat people right then this job isn’t for you.
