I waited 10 mins, while my food just sat in the window,( i was the only one their). when i asked for my food, & said i dont like to pay for cold food. I got a snarky remark back of “i was doing something”. As i walk away they laugh about it! As a person who works in food service industry costumer services should always be put first and clearly they need more training on that!
