We got there at 4:30 with a party of 7, we even let the maitre d know it was for his birthday. He said it would be maybe 15 minutes. 30 minutes passed as he seated others, 2 huge sections were open the whole time. He wouldn't make eye contact every time he walked by us on the bench. We eventually were seated in one of the sections that had remained open for me over an hour at 6 pm. It took a while to get most of us served just water. And it was nearly 6:45 before we were brought salad. Come 7:15 - 7:30 we finally got our main course which was barely luke warm like it has been sitting on a shelf for an hour. All the while my 5 year old got to hear other birthday parties going off all around us. Larger parties seated, severed and went home. We complained that the food was cold and this was unacceptable. We got 3 small gift cards that did not even cover 1/3 of what we spent. Thank you, you broke my child's heart in every way you could. And gave us 75 bucks...

The robot is fun to watch, the booths are a bit small which for a tall person means hitting the person across from me quite a lot.

Even still my husband had to wait an extra 20 minutes due to how busy it was, and we waited and understood. Unfortunately when we got home we realized they completely forgot my meal altogether. We called, they asked if we’d come back to get it, we said we really couldn’t, we asked for a refund and they said no, we could mail you a coupon. We understand busy and we couldn’t have been more understanding, but not much for customer service. Disappointed to say the least.
