  Our waitress Chloe was super nice, came to our table a few times to check on us. She was very friendly. Always had a friendly smile. Very nice

  Excellent service et leurs Mac and cheese demandez avec bacon, n'oubliez pas de trempé le pain dans leur petite sauce de crevette!!! Trop bon. Je vous souhaites de rencontrer la sympatique Margo pour un tres bon service.

  Marjo is AMAZING! Her service was not only with a smile but with grace and passion. She treated us as if we were her own family at the table. We will be back to Swiss chalet for our whole weekend getaway because of Marjos wonderful service.

  We stopped in tonight (a Wednesday) around 7:00 PM with our two kids, expecting a quick family supper. The restaurant looked almost empty when we walked in, yet we waited about 3/4 minutes before anyone came to the front to greet us. When the hostess finally arrived, we were told there would be a 10–15 minute wait, despite many open tables visible in the dining room. When I asked if the wait time was correct, she confirmed it was but didn’t offer any explanation or additional interaction. As we turned to leave, there was no acknowledgment or attempt to retain us as customers. It felt like the restaurant was likely understaffed, as the overall customer service experience was lacking. During regular supper hours on a Wednesday, and the experience was disappointing, especially with hungry kids in tow. I can’t speak for other nights, but based on this visit, I would reconsider coming here for dinner during peak supper time during the week.
