- DSDavid Stewart3 days ago5.0We came to Swiss Chalet tonight after the 1st game at a hockey tournament .There were three parents , 4 young hockey players, plus my husband and I ( grandparents from out of province). Joel, our server was fabulous! Constantly checking to see how things were going, how the food tasted, if we wanted more refills. He dealt with both tables, the kids table and our table with a sincere smile each time he checked in! Swiss Chalet is our favourite place to dine, as a couple, or with our family! We give Joel five stars as a server!

Je came to our table to see how we were a few times and gave us service with a Smile! The atmosphere was amazing and food was prepared perfectly and was delicious! They provided excellent service and were quick to respond to customer requests. The food was hot and prepared quickly. The room was clean, and sound proof. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend this place for gatherings.

I called the restaurant about the feedback, the asst. mgr literally apologized sarcastically saying “i never heard something like this where cx have complained about burnt smell this is something new” like i was just dumb enough who have swiss chalet almost every month and don’t know the taste. Really such a bad customer service expected & that too from an assistant mgr. Never gonna ordered anything from here.
