- SSShigeOct 18, 20251.0How can I rate MINUS 5 stars?? At around 4:00pm, Sunday12th October 2025 at Regis St location. I brought 2 Alpine beer (473ml) cans to the third cashier line from the entrance. The male staff might have not looked too happy working at a little busy time to begin with. But I didn't think much of it. The pricing had come out that it wasn't i was expecting. When I asked if the promotion I saw at the shelf, which is buy 2 cans get $1.5 discount was applied or not, he got pretty grumpy. He had gone somewhere, I thought he was checking the promotion, then came back without getting anybody to ask or check at the shelves of Alpine beer 473ml cans. After making me and other customers who are in the line, he came back without answer and in even more with a condescending and berating manner, he repeatedly said, "what do you want me to do?" I said, "Forget it. I don't want people to wait any longer." I exited the store. I have almost never experienced this kind of attitude from any of your liqour stores. Not this much anyway. This makes it far more disappointing than any other stores because of it. It was just absolutely unbelievably revolting, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. You will need a far better trainning. You don't want customers to feel like they're inmate in a liqour store. He'd probably good at that kind of job. Work is not a personal business where you vent your personal frustrations or to show your unprofessionalness. You're literally represent the corporation. This still makes me angry. I'll never go back and of course, I'll tell everyone what happened to me.
