I used to work in the restaurant business for years and I stayed open late to keep people happy. You say your closed at nine and turning away people at 8:45. Unbelievable. I wouldn't hire that young guy working their tonight. I'd fire him in a heart beat. Good luck with your business. Hire the right staff.
