  I rarely leave reviews but I thought this one was warranted. I visited this McDonald's establishment a few weeks ago only to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a large fry and nuggets. Once I received my order I was met with burnt cold fries. It's the first time I've ever had burnt fries at a McDonald's as they are usually good. I know burnt fries isn't a big deal but when you wait 30 minutes for your McDonald's order when there's only 3 other cars in the lot 30 mins is ridiculous for a wait at a fast food joint. I decided to give them a second chance to be met with another long wait to get lukewarm fries and a less than warm wrap. On top of that you can hear the staff yelling in the kitchen and joking around. They seem to be too busy "hanging out and joking around" and it's a bad look for waiting patrons. I feel like management could do better and train their staff better. And if you're wanting to sit in a warm restaurant to enjoy your meal? Skip the Bouctouche location, it is cold inside and you'll need to keep your jacket on. I should have stayed in my warm car. I don't want to be "that" person but I wanted to give my 2¢ anyway. The end.

  Idk why ppl are giving this place such crappy reviews. I drove 30 minutes one way to try it for myself and glad I went. I arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon, did the drive through, there were alot of cars infront of me. I waited no more then 10 minutes from entering the driveway to being back on the road. Staff were professional yet kind. They even gave my dog his very first pup cup. Food is delicious. Ordered a big Mac combo and a quarter pounder combo, both sandwiches were delicious. The fries were warm (ate them on the drive back home) and the poutine for my friend was still partially warm by the time I drove back (keep in mind, 30 mins one way). Anyways, if you want great service and fresh food, go around lunch. Big win!

  Nous sommes de la région de MTL, depuis 24 ans que je viens en visite été hiver pour voir ma belle famille, depuis 5 années que je réalise le changement de services en français. Aujourd'hui 21 décembre 2025, nous sommes passés à votre restaurant pour me faire répondre seulement en anglais sans même être capable de demander une commande aussi simple que: 1 trio Big Mac, pour me faire répondre par la commis: je ne comprends pas, pourriez-vous parler anglais. Vraiment nous sommes à Bouctouche NB, ville anglais-francaise, je suis vraiment désappointé de mon expérience, je peux comprendre que vois avez des problèmes à recruter du personnel, svp en tant que tenanciers d'établissement, veiller à éduquer votre personnel, ne serait-ce de connaître le menu en français, afin de respecter votre clientèle touristique. D'ici là vous me perdrai comme clients ainsi que plusieurs gens avec qui j'ai discuté de ma situation, locaux et d'ailleurs. Bien à vous, un client frustré et déçu.
