They understand but when trying too talk its like a brick wall

Even Christmas season does not justify that. We were in the area for the day and figured since we needed to grab a quick bite and pick up a few things at the store it would be ideal. Big mistake. We ended up eating in our car. When we asked people in the area we were told it was not and exception but it might have been a bit worst because of Christmas. I usually try not to post negative reviews but if this place was spotless it could be part of an amazing shopping experience... Merry Christmas!
