I ordered a McCrispy sandwich with two filets instead of one and was given a sandwich with two CHICKEN STRIPS instead of the standard filet, which is explained in the app and drive thru menu. I should not have to explain the concept of a filet that is pulled out of a metal box compartment, fried, thrown on a bun, and put into a cardboard box to a manager or worker. Worker refused to let me talk to a lead manager and told me to come back the next morning for a refund. And as my experience with other shitty fast food restaurants, they would’ve more than likely ask for the sandwich itself as proof. Incompetent workers, unresponsive management, and terrible customer service.
