  We visit this location frequently. Food is well prepared with t h each visit. Hot food hot. However, during our visit there was an incident occured where coffee spilled on the floor. "Slipping hazard" . The gentleman went to advise about the coffee on floor to order taker. Red head young man where he proceeded to tell the manager. She went to closet and unlocked door, but left to go to kitchen area. No one came out to dining area to clean up. So, the customer went and got the mop from closet and proceeded to clean up liquid himself, and then put mop back in closet. What is that all about? Someone needs to be talked to. I am very disappointed. What if someone fell and hurt themselves.

  Fast food places have a weird representation in my mind. It's kind of a love/hate relationship. I wish certain aspects were better but overall it does work to feed the public.

  If I could zero starts I would, not only was I at the counter for 10 minutes, but it took half an hour to get a medium milkshake and a Mc Flurry. I stood at the counter trying to get the attention of a worker but was ignored my the employee and manager. Not to mention my friend go the wrong order, not to mention I got a Mc Flurry not a milkshake.

  Only order from this place if you’re desperate or have no other options. I ordered a McCrispy sandwich with two filets instead of one and was given a sandwich with two CHICKEN STRIPS instead of the standard filet, which is explained in the app and drive thru menu. I should not have to explain the concept of a filet that is pulled out of a metal box compartment, fried, thrown on a bun, and put into a cardboard box to a manager or worker. Worker refused to let me talk to a lead manager and told me to come back the next morning for a refund. And as my experience with other shitty fast food restaurants, they would’ve more than likely ask for the sandwich itself as proof. Incompetent workers, unresponsive management, and terrible customer service.
