    Horrible customer service and an even dirtier restaurant. Don’t work front counter if you’re gonna ignore customers. Also food was very sub par and the worst I’ve had from a Dairy Queen location. Additionally I’d save your money and go to a restaurant who will take pride in their customers and service.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Decent, but often missing something My wife and I enjoy DQ Ronan and the customer service is usually friendly — not the best, but always polite and helpful. The food tastes good when everything makes it into the bag. The issue is consistency. Nearly every time we’ve ordered, something ends up missing. For example, one visit they forgot my burger… which was the main part of my meal. And dipping sauces? They seem to disappear into another dimension. 😅 We still go back because it’s convenient and the ice cream is always great, but it’d be awesome to see a little more attention to detail when packing orders.

    I was on time to pick up my mobile order. My order was not on the counter. Katie said there was no Dr.Pepper...I told her it's ok...first asked for a drink refund but then quickly realized it's in a meal so probably won't make a difference. Katie got irritated, rolled her eyes and walked off. When Katie came back to the counter she had a drink and a bag and a plain Sunday and proceeded to put it over on the other drive thru register and walked off..Katie goes to the drive thru window to help. Turned around and finally told me my food was over there. VERY RUDE SERVICE, NO ONE KNOWS HIW TO SMILE... then on top of it all....our food was completely cold...do you guys even toast the bun anymore?...Worst service yet.

    Dropped in for a late night Oreo cookie large Blizzard and it hit the spot! SO GOOD! Had fun talking with the kids behind the counter, looked like they were having a good time at work! When staffed has fun at their job, my time there and the food is ALWAYS better! Great job crew!
