They'll make food for the other employees first and make you wait longer for yours. I hope who ever owns this establishment knows that they need better employees.

Tonight it was not even half of what I usually get with the same order and I asked the manager Truly, she said she wasn’t comfortable giving me her last name, said yes, you didn’t want meat, beans, or sour cream. I said yah I never doubt it’s never like this. She said they are not allowed to give any extra of anything else. Which is fine, I understand but I figured since I’m not getting the others they would make it like they have been. Truly, the general manager said they are just a franchise and the attitude she gave, not understanding and wanting to argue, is not what I expected since none of the other employees ever acted like that. Disgusting. Thanks Truly (last name wouldn’t be given) at Polson, MT Ridgewater Taco Bell, you will never have to deal with my order again. Today April 3rd, I place an order go to pick it up and a lady says hi, because of what happened with the GM Truly last time and we can never make you happy, you are no longer allowed to eat here and I’m refunding and canceling order?! So me asking her last name and saying I’m contacting corporate means they are 86n me?! Hmmm 🤔
