  It was just horrible the filet of fish was burned and jerky we couldn't eat any of it

  My daughter and I went out of complete necessity but I would have rather gone hungry. They gave my daughter a cheeseburger that tasted like cardboard with a burnt bun that looked like it had sat on the warmer hours and hours. I ordered a quarter pounder, it came about the same way except they added like a pinch of lettuce and mayo with no cheese. I'm seeing a lot of others on here that have had the same experience. When I had to drive back and return the food, they wanted to make it again and I just asked for a refund because I didn't trust them to make it right the second time, and he ripped the receipt from my hand. My coke was full with mostly ice and my fries were cold too and they only gave me a partial refund.

  Usually it's good we get mocha or caramel coffee, you know with milk whipped cream, or frappes. Today was the worst. New person taking orders thru the drive thru? I ordered a large mocha coffee, hot since sometimes they ask hot or cold, it rang up $3.99, i then ordered a large caramel coffee. Sat waited it did not appear in the screen, she asked what was that? Large caramel coffee hot. Get to the window it still hasn't rung up, told her it didn't show up in the screen. She took my card, no idea the amount , drove to PU window, I see a large coffee sitting on the counter, they are just making the mocha coffee. She hands me the mocha one, then the "caramel" coffee. She asks did I want creamer sugar in the caramel coffee? Uh ya that's how they come with whip cream. She informs me when you order a caramel coffee it's black coffee with one squirt of caramel.id I wanted it sweeter ask for 4 pumps of caramel. Never had this issue before. So I get home look up the menu, and it now shows caramel mocha which I prefer but anytime I ordered it, I would either just get a caramel coffee or mocha with all the milk creamer whip cream. And his mocha coffee was not full and my "caramel" coffee was tepid, barely Luke warm. Don't think I will order coffee here again. We happen to be in Polson, we live 45 min away, so we're looking forward to a good coffee...very disappointed So just went thru again and tried to order a caramel mocha hot coffee...they don't have. Ya menu still not right . Brittany did make sure we got mocha coffee hot with white cream and a caramel drizzle which is better than before but they only have hot mocha coffee with whip cream nothing else. I see it's a mocho latte that has the whip cream etc, why can't you make a caramel latte? You can make all kinds of caramel drinks. I would review by receipt but ink needs replaced. I went thru Mar 18, 2026 at 1:45 pm. Brittany is an exceptional employee made sure we got a hot mocha coffee and we had a caramel syrup along with chocolate on top for 30 cents more. And it's now April 5 and online menu shows caramel

  Went through drive thru about 4pm. Felt rushed by the person taking the order which I don't really mind, it's a teenager 🤷‍♀️. My food was a disappointment to say the least though. Ordered a Bacon hot honey sandwich received a bun, chicken, mayo and bbq.... no jalapeño or anything. Yummy....

  very Unhelpful people. I ordered food from here didn’t get the right order. And I get a per diem from work and never got a receipt so I can expense it. I called DoorDash Support, and they couldn’t get me the receipt And told me to reach out to this McDonald’s To get it and they told me I can’t get it I asked if they could reprint it and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Do better guys.
