It was nothing but grissle & fat. As my husband said...there is way more grissle & fat then there is actual meat. Everyone was disappointed & disgusted. Everyone's plate was like they had to disect the meat, so much left on the plate. I was so embarrassed & upset knowing what you pay for a "prime" piece of meat.
