  My family has ordered from this specific location three times, and the past two times have been awful. The first time, they got our order wrong and we had to go back inside just for them to remake it because the orders were mixed up. We ordered four sandwiches, and three out of four had to be remade. Tonight, we ordered three sandwiches. One of them came out correct, but the other two were a completely different story. The first one was supposed to have turkey, mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives, and onions. It did not have mayo, lettuce, onions, olives, or cheese, but they did decide to put a handful of banana peppers on it. The second sandwich was supposed to have tuna, pepper jack cheese, and banana peppers, and it was also supposed to be untoasted but they toasted it. It only had the tuna we requested; they added lettuce and mayo and didn’t include any cheese at all. It’s just ridiculous. You pay $30 for what should at least be decent sandwiches, but here you don’t even get what you ordered. Avoid this location we are very disappointed i would never recommend ordering here again.

  Staff were nice but $8.75 for a very tiny 6-inch, super bland, not tasty 'steak' sandwich, which tastes like something you get from the gas station is a bit crazy.

  When you need something fast but don’t want to commit to full-on greasy regret, Subway delivers. The sandwiches are made right in front of you, so you get to play sandwich architect… extra pickles? Absolutely. Too much mayo? That’s on you, my friend. 😄 Bread was soft, veggies were fresh, and everything tasted clean and simple. It’s not trying to be fancy — it’s reliable. And sometimes, reliable hits the spot better than anything else. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean, which honestly matters more than people admit when it comes to sandwich spots. ⭐ Perfect for: quick lunches, road trip fuel, or when everyone wants something different without the drama. Would I go out of my way for it? No. Would I happily stop in again? 100%.

  I absolutely love this Subway Restaurant on Reserve Street in Missoula. The sandwiches are always perfect. However, what makes this restaurant worth giving an extreme positive rating are three particular workers. The manager, Kenzie, and two employees, Tim and Michaelia, are truly exceptional and are definite assets to Subway. Every time I walk into Subway and pick-up my sandwich order placed on-line, they are ALWAYS so pleasant, friendly, appreciative of the business, and all three smile. They deserve recognition for making this Subway on Reserve Street exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food and service.
