  This location is bad. The sandwiches i just were tiny and they tasted "off". The guy at the counter told me I didn't get drinks with my combo meals. I'll continue to only eat at the location on Brooks. I just happened to be in the area.

  I used to order from them regularly. Had a big order messed up, talked to district manager and she gave me credit. Left with military for a few months and when I came back i tried to use the credit and to find out they took it away or didnt apply it. Will definitely not be eating at Jimmy John's ever again. Suggest everyone else do the same.

  this is the third chance I have given them to follow simple instructions to deliver my food without bothering the receptionist, all they had to do was go to the northwest door and I was waiting outside for them. there are 200 people working here and cant have all the deliveries bugging the other workers.
