Ordered 2 spices chicken sandwiches and requested thr addition of cheese and bacon. Got on the road the sandwiches had no lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or sauce..but added pickles...I must say thr cashier was just a ray of dullness and I cant wrap my mind around either she or the dandwich maker can mess this up so much.

Literally EVERY time I come to this Wendy’s they forget something I ordered. Doesn’t matter how busy it is, what I ordered, or how much I ordered, I always have to go back or just deal with losing out on my order.

The food is getting worse and worse. Chicken patties are so small and do not taste good. Our buns are stale and falling apart. Shredded lettuce is soggy. First they get rid of sweet and sour sauce and now the quality of food is terrible.

Ordered online through them. This is the third or fourth time that I've ordered and have not received my drink or frosty with my order. Having to pay extra for an online order and then getting screwed with half the order missing. Typical. With no response and the even menu items that are mistaken or flat out wrong. Inexcusable.
