  Very slow going through the drive-through for my personal orders and when I’m DoorDash and it’s just as slow for being Taco Bell or considered, you know good fast food. It is really really slow and I’ve sat in line there for a long time a couple evenings and then they come out and put a cone out and don’t tell no one they’re closing down after you’ve been there for 30 minutes in line and when you walk into order, it’s a good five or 10 minutes before anyone even looks at you lol

  I’ve already left a review but I need to leave another so y’all know how thankful I am!! I got the wrong order so I went into the lobby to get the right one and a very kind man helped me out, he got my correct order and gave me a coupon! You guys really are amazing and I appreciate you so much!!!

  Today December 21st, 2025. The taste wasn't that good. I ordered 2 loaded beef nachos and wanted extra cheese. The portion size was minor. The 2 soft taco supremes were made very small even though I ordered "easy lettuce". I ordered from this tacobell frequently but I dont think I will anymore. GROSS - what a waste of money.

  15-30 minute wait time anytime of the day. Morning noon or night. Came in tonight at 9pm drive thru was backed into the street and lobby was slam full. Lobby/Doordash side of the line was already broken down and being cleaned while orders backed up on a Saturday night. Covid killed your "SPECIAL" policy. Whoever is running this establishment needs to get it together or quit. 0/5 stars.

  Waited in line for two doordashes for about half an hour, the automated system refused to take more than one doordash (i stated two doordashes to the speaker multiple times, nobody took over for the system) by the time I got to the window, lady at the window seemed to not really care if the order got out in a timely manner (staring at the order screen, cleaning the counter while the completed order is right in front of her) they tried to give me the wrong order (I caught it), then the lady at the window tried to tell me I had to go around and wait in line again for the second order because they hadn't started it since I didnt make it clear enough I had TWO doordash orders. Thankfully the person actually making the food said it was fine since the doordash order was only three items. For being fast food, not very fast. For being a food service, not very serviceable. Quite rude behavior from the lady at the window, but was made up for by the other employees. Its one thing being understaffed, its a whole other blaming the doordashers for not being clear enough to the faulty ordering system that doesn't listen when you can also step into the order. Other taco bell locations have never had this kind of problem with me, ive had times where I have 3 or even 4 doordashes from taco bells, they almost NEVER let the computer do the order because they know its faulty. Quite dissapointed.
