We get takeout at Rice frequently and love the food. Our most recent order had a couple minor hiccups (chicken instead of tofu in my curry and no extra rice for it) so I called them. They graciously re-made my order, apologized and offered me a Thai Iced Tea. We sure appreciate the customer service, and the food is so yummy!
