- NCNichole Chavez5 days ago1.0The food was absolutely horrible. Me and my company had ordered the sirloin and the fillet the sirloin came out as a itty-bitty piece. The whole thing was completely all fat, and it was raw when it was supposed to have been medium. The fillet was even worse, definitely not 6 ounces also asked for medium cooked and it was made rare. The mashed potatoes tasted toxic like they were bad! My expensive martini wasn’t even a full glass. The waitress was extremely rude no personality whatsoever. When we complained about the meal, the only thing the manager on staff could offer was a lousy dessert. I didn’t even get to eat my dinner because it was so bad! They cooked another steak for one of the meals but I should not have been charged for the fillet. This place has gone downhill and the food is horrible!

- LLLindseyNov 7, 20251.0Hard no! Haven’t been to outback for years. Decided to give it a try. That was a mistake. We should have stuck to our original plans. Walked into an empty “waiting area” the young hostess’s asked how many in our party which was two. She told us she was going to seat a couple in front of us and would return to seat us. After about 20 mins and 25-30 additional people came in and placed their names on. Waiting list I went back to the young lady and asked when we could be seated she stated she forgot and would be right back. Another 15 mins goes by and everyone behind us starts to get seated.. when I went back to ask what was going on the “owner” asked for my name told him she never asked for our name therefore we aren’t on the list.. after a small conversation we decided to leave and let me tell you that we had a FABULOUS meal at a different steak house and we will never go back to outback. Customer service isn’t there strong point. Won’t support that establishment or that so called owner! 🤦♀️ ha!

The food came out cold, it took 30-45 minutes to get drinks once ours were empty and 30 minutes to get a check once we finished our meal and by then I think we were his only customers because he forgot to put our order in originally. Overall, would rather not go back.
