    No matter you order or select, they don’t care & don’t pay attention for details! I’ve clearly mentioned in my order that I don’t want a bacon, and I confirmed with the lady, then guess what, I received my order with bacon! After long waiting time, they finally issued me a refund!! This’s a joke!!

    Was a little crowded, I get that. It took ridiculously long to even pay for the order, none of the kiosks were working, and no one would come to counter. Then they took the paper that literally tells them exactly what not to put on it, and they did the exact opposite. Couldn't even eat the food since they didn't listen to the order, and mt fries were cold. Took me 30 minutes and 14 dollars to not get to eat. I'd sooner starve then attempt to order here again. I get it is a mcdonalds, but holy, I have never had a worse experience.

    I ordered a latte and a cookie, everything was on the menu, but they gave me my order and said they didn't have any coffee. Why would I want a cookie without coffee if they didn't have any coffee? If they didn't have any coffee, why did they prepare my order and then tell me they didn't have any coffee? I had already paid for my order, and they didn't refund my money or give me my order.
