I tried calling in an order and was left on automated hold for 30 minutes with music playing the whole time, no one ever answered because the phone ringer had been turned off. When I called another Domino’s in town, they said other customers were calling with the same issue. I drove across town to order in person and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though several employees were there. One was scrolling on their phone, loud music was blaring, and a delivery driver came in with his girlfriend who was not an employee but was apparently helping with deliveries. When I asked for a manager, they said there wasn’t one on duty. I called the store again while standing there and showed an employee the phone wasn’t ringing. Only then did he turn the ringer up, and it immediately started ringing nonstop, meaning calls had been coming in the entire time and were ignored. While I waited, other customers came in frustrated one returning a wrong pizza delivery after trying to call with no answer, and another upset that her pizza marked “ready” in the app still wasn’t even made. The store was chaotic, loud, and completely unprofessional. I have photos from that night and hope corporate looks into it because this location clearly needs new management and accountability.
