I ordered a Medium Hot Fudge Sundae with extra fudge. Received a small with less hot fudge than normal. The young male had 2 orders up on the counter at once. He pointed to which was which, and they were all wrong. My friend ordered a small peanut butter cup, received a mini. My other friend ordered a caramel toffee cookie, and received a peanut butter cup. Absolutely missed everything with our payment, order, and experience. Sad to see this place go down hill.
