While anticipating the store being busy for the Super Bowl, I was advised to order ahead using their app for a co-order in advance and to get better deals. For the past two days I’ve continually was met with an error that the order could not be processed and to try again later. Finally, after two days of this error, I visited the store, again to order early, and was advised that they could not accommodate the deals online. Nor could they match the prices for the bundles. No workaround was offered, and I was merely asked to continue trying using the app versus doing something in store. The staff at the store basically doesn’t show any initiative to finding a workaround but to leaving it to my devices. I guess I will just show up on their busiest day and demand the online prices and order A large amount during one of their busiest days.

Stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a casual meal, but the service was completely unacceptable. We waited over 15 minutes and were never waited on. A server brought water to the table and then never came back — no greeting, no order taken, no check-in, nothing. After sitting there with empty menus and no service, we eventually had to leave. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, which made it more frustrating. If you’re looking for good customer service, attentive staff, or even basic acknowledgment, this location clearly misses the mark. Very disappointing experience. Poor service like this makes it hard to want to return or recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone.

Went in at 6, didn’t get our food until 7:25. The service was so slow and even when our food finally did come out, they had “run out of fries” so we had to wait for fries even longer. I can’t believe we still tipped $25 because the service we got, she didn’t deserve a tip at all. Service was absolutely horrible. On top of that they sat us on tiny little benches with no back support. We didn’t have enough room and waiting 1.5 hours for food in such an uncomfortable seating situation makes me never want to go back.
