- TTTyler5 days ago1.0Unfortunately, this is the worst Chick-fil-a in America. Worse than all locations in Utah, Georgia, Florida, and the Denver airport’s Chick-fil-a. 10% of the chicken nuggets are rancid/rotten and we have stopped ordering food at this location due to this issue. I believe it’s a sourcing issue as it is unique to this location. We only order milkshakes and today’s was overflowing and leaking. I will not give this location another dollar, and area management should consider how to make it function at the high standard chick-fil-a expects (and all other locations are able to execute). 4.2 star chick-fil-a, time to reevaluate and retrain from the bottom up. Right the ship.

I only received service after asking for attention. My catering order, scheduled for 9:15 AM, wasn’t ready until 9:30 AM, which caused me to be late to work and impacted my responsibilities. This is not a one-time issue. I place a catering order here every Friday, and I am consistently overlooked and have to ask multiple times before being helped. The repeated pattern of behavior feels discriminatory and reflects poorly on how customers are treated. Today’s experience was extremely upsetting.

I had the spicy chicken hashbrown bowl and within an hour of eating it we had to stop several times on our cross country trip due to double dragon...(if you don't know what that is the lord has truly blessed you) I would like to also add that this was the only thing I ate before getting sick. The people were nice and quick, I have no complaints about the service.

Walked over to the counter to request the rest of the sandwich and it literally took them longer to give us the sandwich buns than to make the order! The waffle fries were not cooked all the way and were cold. It can’t be that complicated to make simple fast food until you visit this location!!! Oh and the restaurant is so filthy!!! This would not be the case in any other state where you expect better quality in food and services from Chick fil A restaurants!!!
