They still get the four stars and I will continue to shop here for the simple fact they always make things right in the end. edited and given five stars. The staff here is just amazing in every way

There were major checkout issues—registers crashing, my cards scanned multiple times, and over 30 minutes before leaving store. The cashier was friendly and doing their job—it clearly wasn’t their fault, just system errors. However, after noticing an extra charge, I called on April 3rd and spoke with a store manager. He was dismissive, made no effort to look into what happened, and immediately agreed that I should dispute it with my credit card company instead of helping resolve a store error. Very disappointing and unprofessional response from management. Will not return and have been long standing customer.

There was 1 piece of fried chicken left at 5:30pm, dinner time. They told us that it would be a 20 minute wait to make more. My question is: why are they not already making more during dinner? There was someone ordering in front of us, and 3 behind us, so clearly you need more? We settled for “a pound” of chicken strips and received 8 1.5 inch strips and they were less than a pound because again, they didn’t have more cooking. (We paid for a whole pound) We also got the grilled chicken, which was dried, shriveled, tiny, and just tasted old. This is my 3rd time in a row at this deli that the food was old tasting and extremely dry. I hope management steps up because this is gross and expensive.
